    Welcome to the IE EdTech Summit 2026. This edition marks the evolution of IE's internal innovation events into a global thought-leadership platform focused on the strategic and evidence-based impact of AI in education.

    The EdTech Playground is a central element of the IE EdTech Summit, designed to showcase innovative tools, platforms, and solutions while fostering high-quality conversations with a curated audience of decision-makers.

    Peak interaction window. The EdTech Playground becomes the main networking hub.

    Informal networking cocktail. A strong opportunity for relaxed conversations and informal connections.

    The EdTech Playground is integrated into the main event space and is not a closed exhibition area. Please plan for a compact and flexible setup.

    Wi-Fi Access

    Wi-Fi will be available throughout the event space.

    Wi-Fi credentials will be shared with all registered partners shortly before the event.

    Booth & Space Details – What IE Provides

    Each participating partner will be provided with:

    • One high table (cocktail / bar-style), suitable for a laptop, tablets, light demo materials
    • Power access (please bring your own adapters if needed)
    • Space for one roll-up banner (Roll-up banner production by IE using a unified event design; please share your company logo in vector format, colour and B&W)
    • Inclusion on the official event website

    If you require additional equipment or have special technical needs, please inform us in advance.

    VR Stand: Managed by Gema Molero (gema.molero@ie.edu). VR headsets and space for additional equipment will be provided by IE. Please coordinate with Gema Molero for any details.

    • • Prepare real use cases, success stories, or data-backed evidence
    • • Share information about training, pilots, or follow-up opportunities
    • • Bring digital materials (QR codes, links, demos preferred over printed handouts)

    To ensure proper visibility and communication, please provide the following:

    A. Branding Assets

    • • Company logo (high resolution, vector, SVG or PNG preferred)

    B. Representative Information

    For the person attending the EdTech Playground:

    • • Professional photo (high-resolution headshot)

    All partners must complete the official registration form. Registration is required for access control, logistics, and communication.
